🔥 SHIPPING DETAILS:
1. Shipping rates are based in the US. Estimated time of arrival will depend on the US postal service, as well as your local postal regulations and restrictions. The Embers Zine Team is not responsible for delays in delivery after products have been shipped out and a tracking number has been sent to the buyers.
2. If the buyer's shipping address changes at any time before products have been shipped, please contact the Embers Zine Team immediately. Please provide your order number, date of purchase, full name, and email address when reaching out to Embers so we may better assist you.
3. International orders may not receive a full tracking number. You may receive a confirmation that your order has been shipped, as well as a confirmation upon delivery. However, there may be no updates between those notifications, so please check your mail frequently for delivery.
4. Unforeseen circumstances may cause delays in delivery. As such, an exact delivery date cannot be guaranteed.
5. All Embers items will be shipped between 5-6 months after the initial ordering phase.
6. No Embers PDF and/or digital content will be distributed until after the last shipment of the Embers zine has been released. This ensures all consumers of Embers will receive their purchases around the same time.
7. All orders placed with shipping locations to Brazil and/or Mexico must include their Tax ID during the ordering process or via our email with your order number.
🔥 PRODUCT DELIVERY DETAILS:
1. If you encounter issues when downloading your digital Embers PDF files, please notify the Embers Zine Team immediately, and we will do what we can to assist you.
2. Updates regarding production, packaging, and shipping phases will be posted on the zine’s Twitter account. Please follow the account to remain up-to-date on the latest information.
3. An update announcing Embers's completion will be posted on the zine's Twitter account. If you have yet to receive your copy after 14 days, please email the zine account at: [email protected], DM us on Twitter, or contact one of the moderators directly.
4. Please provide your order number, date of purchase, full name, and email address when reaching out to Embers so we may better assist you. More information may be needed at the time of contact and will be expressed as such during communications.
🔥 ZINE PACKAGING:
1. All Embers products will be inspected and separated into Grades: A, B, and C, depending on any defects before being shipped out. Only Grade A products will be shipped for any order placed during the initial ordering phase.
2. All physical products will be shipped out in a secure manner to ensure safe delivery.
🔥 MERCH GRADE QUALITY:
1. A-Grade Items: A-Grade Items were determined to have no noticeable defects during the quality check phase.
2. B-Grade Items: B-Grade Items may have slight damages that may not be immediately noticeable including but not limited to wear and tear, mildly scratched surfaces, misprints, color defects, etc.
3. C-Grade Items: C-Grade Items have very noticeable damages including but not limited to wear and tear, cracks, chipped sides, ripped edges, scratched surfaces, color defects, misprints, etc.
🔥 REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS:
1. Replacement packages will not be guaranteed. Supply is ordered according to immediate demand. The most the Embers Zine Team may offer is a partial refund on your purchase depending on the circumstance.
2. In the event a product arrives damaged, damaged products must be returned before replacement products can be supplemented.
3. We will not offer refunds for the following:
- Products lost, stolen, or damaged in transit or point of delivery.
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer.
- Buyer changes their shipping address and neglects to inform the Embers Zine Team before shipments have begun.
🔥 FEES AND LIABILITIES:
1. The buyer is responsible for all taxes, custom fees, shipping fees, etc.
2. If the buyer refuses to pay the aforementioned fees, the Embers Zine Team will not offer full refunds or replacement packages.
3. The Embers Zine Team will not be held accountable for any repercussions caused by neglecting to follow purchaser guidelines listed on the store’s terms of service page.
